Our Passion for Horses
Thornton Quarter Horses, established in 1994 in Rogersville, AL, is owned by Mike and Debbie Thornton. What began as a shared love of horses has grown into a lifelong passion for producing safe, versatile, and well-rounded performance horses. Their program emphasizes strong foundations, trail exposure, and cattle work, with horses trained for ranch, barrel, trail, and roping events. With a dedicated team, a breeding program of 20 mares annually, and their own Rustic Rail Arena hosting events, the Thorntons remain family-oriented, proud of their legacy, and committed to matching each rider with the right horse.
